What To Expect As A New Patient

Below you’ll find step by step instructions on what your experience will be like with
True North Family Chiropractic.
Step 1. Schedule an appointment
To schedule a new patient appointment please call us at (586) 329-3494. Our front desk will set you up for your new patient exam and perform a complimentary benefits check if you have insurance coverage.
Step 2. Fill out new patient documents
Once you have an appointment scheduled, be sure to fill out your new patient forms by clicking the link below. This will save you time on your first visit.
Step 3. Consultation
Your consultation is done in person on your first visit, during this visit our team will sit with you one on one to discuss your health goals. We will then complete a full exam to find the root causes of your health concerns.
During your consultation we will utilize our state-of-the-art technology to get a direct representation of how your nervous system is functioning, where nerve interference is occurring, and how much stress is taking place within your body.
A full set of X-rays will also be taken on your initial visit to give us a picture of exactly how your bones have twisted and turned out of place.
Step 4. Care
Once the steps above are completed, Dr. Chris will review your findings and create a custom care plan tailored specifically to your needs and health goals.
